Romsey and District Society were out in force this morning in the town, cleaning up various of the waterways around Romsey.
Cllr Caroline Nokes helped a team led by Rod Simpson along the canal, finding an umbrella, a pushchair and a traffic cone amongst general litter in the canal.
There was a good team of people out, including Deputy Leader of Hampshire County Council, Roy Perry, Chairman of Romsey Extra Parish Council Ali Johnston, and many RDS members.
