Alongside a team of volunteers from the New Life Church in Romsey Cllr Caroline Nokes was today helping to serve Christmas Lunch to a group of pensioners at the Age Concern Hall in Romsey.
Caroline is a regular volunteer at the Tuesday Lunch Club, and has made many friends at the weekly club.
Caroline commented:
"The Christmas lunch is always special, with a proper Christmas Lunch, crackers and presents for everyone. But the important thing about the lunch club is the regular social interaction the members get, the fantastic food we all help Sheila prepare and the fun we have serving the guests.''
