The Conservative Prospective MP for Romsey and Southampton North, Cllr Caroline Nokes, attended the Royal British Legion coffee morning in Wellow today.
The coffee morning is a new venture for the local branch of the Legion, and was warmly received by local residents. It was held in the lovely garden of local British Legion stalwart Frank Moody, and the sun really shone.
Caroline commented:
"It was great to see local people supporting this venture. The Royal British Legion does fantastic work in supporting serving and retired service men and women. On top of that I have bought some wonderful fairy cakes, which I am sure my family will enjoy this afternoon."
