MORE JOBS MEAN A MORE SECURE FUTURE FOR HARDWORKING PEOPLE IN ROMSEY AND SOUTHAMPTON NORTH

Caroline Nokes MP has welcomed new figures released today that show the number of people in work in the South East has increased by over 200,000 since the last election. This means more people with the financial security of a regular pay packet, better able to provide for their families.

Caroline said:

It is very good news that 212,000 more people are now in work in the South East since the election. That means more hardworking people with a regular pay packet to bring home to their families and a more financially secure future.

There is further to go, but as these figures show that the Conservatives long-term economic plan is working. We need to stick to the plan. Its getting people off benefits and into work, delivering a more secure future for people in Romsey and Southampton North who want to work hard and get on in life.
