Ampfield School Open Day
Cllr Caroline Nokes was very pleased to attend the Ampfield School Open Day on Friday 5th October, with colleagues Cllr Martin Hatley, Cllr Roy Perry and Leader of Hampshire County Council Ken Thornber.
Speaking during the afternoon Caroline said:
"The school is a real testament to the hard work of the teachers, the governors and the local community. It was lovely to see children who so clearly enjoyed being at school.
"It was great to hear from past as well as current pupils, and to see Mrs Loader, the former headmistress, on her first visit back to the school after 30 years."
