Martin was first elected to the Borough Council in May 1995. He is now Deputy Leader of Test Valley Borough Council and holds the planning portfolio on the Borough Executive.

He celebrated 25 years service on Ampfield Parish Council in November 2006.

Blackwater

Gordon Bailey was first elected to the Borough Council in November 2005, in the by-election caused by the sad and sudden death of the late John Lewis. Gordon sits on the Overview and Scrutiny and Southern Area Planning Committees.

Tony Gentle has been a Borough Councillor for the Blackwater Ward since 1996 and has served on Wellow Parish Council for many years. Tony is TVBC’s representative on the New Forest National Park Authority. He was Mayor of Test Valley 2002/3.

Broughton and Stockbridge

Peter was first elected to the Borough Council in 1999 but has served on Broughton Parish Council for far longer. He has previously been the Mayor of the Borough but now is an Executive Member with responsibility for the Environment.

Daniel Busk was elected as the Borough Councillor for the Stockbridge Ward in 1995. In 2003 when the wars boundaries were changed he became the Councillor for Broughton and Stockbridge alongside his Executive colleague Peter Boulton. Daniel is also an Executive member with responsibility for the corporate activities of the Council.

Nigel Anderdon sits on Nursling and Rownhams Parish Council and has been a Borough Councillor since 2001. He is Vice Chairman of the Licensing Committee and also sits on the standards committee.

Cllr Phil Bundy

Phil Bundy lives in Rownhams and has been a long standing member of the local Parish Council. He was first elected in May 2007.

Alison lives in Chilworth and is an active member of the Parish Council and the residents Committee.

Dun Valley

Neville Whiteley was elected as the Councillor for Dun Valley in the election of May 1999. A former Mayor of the Borough he has also previously held roles of responsibility on Southern Planning and the Executive. Since the local election in May 2007 he has been Chairman of Southern Area Planning.

King's Somborne Michelmersh and Timsbury

Tony was first elected to serve the residents of King's Somborne, Michelmersh and Timsbury ward in May 2007 - although it was an uncontested election.

He was very involved with the writing of the King's Somborne Parish Plan.

Swaythling

Cllr Jane Odgers was elected to serve Swaythling residents on the City Council in May 2007.

Since her election she has been an active campaigner for local residents who are opposing plans to site a transit camp in Swaythling.

Cllr Edward Osmond was elected on 1st May 2008 to represent the Swaythling Ward on Southampton City Council. He has joined the largest group of Conservative Cllrs in the City since 1984.
